I need advice on home remedy for preventing bladder/kidney infections as i get them quite a few times in the past 2 years?

My grandmother (age 70) has s.creatinine level 5.71, right sided pyelonephritis and ureteritis. Pls suggest treatment for the same. Is dialysis needed?

Go seek help: While we have very limited information, this may be more STD related than a typical UTI, if you've had it for about a month.
