Burning where?: If it happens when you urinate, you probably have a urinary tract (bladder) infection. You need to get a urine test to find out. Hard to know: Poking sensation in heart does not sound worrisome for heart disease especially in 35 yo female. Benign nature would be supported by lack of exertional symptoms and negative family hx of structural disease.
