I have been having nausea and vomiting and flutters in stomach and im not pregnant!?

Stomach illness: A simple tummy ache with symptoms like nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea, whether at home or traveling, may be from a virus infection, bacteria infection, or contaminated food. Once a month i get a feeling of flutter in stomach and fullness in vagina, not pregnant, 7 months pp c section, irregular bleeding as breast feeding?

Not sure: Fluttering is usually either intestinal movements or a baby moving. If you are sure you're not preg. . . I'm thinking it's your bowels. The fact that it's once a month is confusing, esp if you're not ovulating regularly. But ovulation can cause a feeling of fullness. Your vagina may feel different while breast feeding due to lack of estrogen. I would give it time, see what happens after weaning. ...Read more
