Can B due 2 facial-: -nerve in origin. It just appears in some people 4no reason. It an inflammation of the nerve, & best 2 C an ENT. 2 B sure there is no treatable process. ECHO and CT: It could be due to a leaky heart valve (aortic valve), aortic aneurysm, or due to migraine. The best way is to get a ct scan of the chest and head. See a physician: This may be something as simple as a rib that is out place, but with a sharp pain during swallowing, i would recommend seeing a physician and having an examination, possibly imaging to make sure something more serious is not occurring. What causes a feeling of heaviness or weakness in both arms? The sensation is mostly in the bicep area. PCP said heart ok. Also pressure in jaws.
Other Possibilities: Nerves from Cervical spine could be affected. The blood flow going to the areas could be restricted, the muscles could be overused and not getting enough hydration-electrolytes causing lactic acid to build up.
