I have been having nausea and vomiting and flutters in stomach and im not pregnant!?

Stomach illness: A simple tummy ache with symptoms like nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea, whether at home or traveling, may be from a virus infection, bacteria infection, or contaminated food. Not sure: "fluttering" can be from many things such as you mentioned. It can be muscular as twitching muscles can act like they are fluttering. Usually you would see the muscles twitching. Also, you have to consider the symptom coming from your heart and referred to your stomach. Since you have had it for two days, and you are concerned, best to get a good history and exam so you can find out! good luck. ...Read more
