Not sure: "fluttering" can be from many things such as you mentioned. It can be muscular as twitching muscles can act like they are fluttering. Usually you would see the muscles twitching. Also, you have to consider the symptom coming from your heart and referred to your stomach. Not sure: Fluttering is usually either intestinal movements or a baby moving. If you are sure you're not preg. . . I'm thinking it's your bowels. The fact that it's once a month is confusing, esp if you're not ovulating regularly. But ovulation can cause a feeling of fullness. Your vagina may feel different while breast feeding due to lack of estrogen. I would give it time, see what happens after weaning. ...Read more
