Once a month i get a feeling of flutter in stomach and fullness in vagina, not pregnant, 7 months pp c section, irregular bleeding as breast feeding?
Not sure: Fluttering is usually either intestinal movements or a baby moving. If you are sure you're not preg. . . I'm thinking it's your bowels. The fact that it's once a month is confusing, esp if you're not ovulating regularly. But ovulation can cause a feeling of fullness. Not sure: "fluttering" can be from many things such as you mentioned. It can be muscular as twitching muscles can act like they are fluttering. Usually you would see the muscles twitching.
