Facial redness: The auriculotemporal nerve supplies salivary and sweat glands as well as bloods vessels in the face. Me and my wife has no dimples, but our new baby has one dimple on right cheek. How it is possible? Pls give me explanation about this, im in doubt.
Spontaneous mutation: I didn't know this but apparently dimples are autosomal dominant, which means you only need a gene from either your mom or dad to get dimples. If neither have dimples, then it's not likely for you to have dimples unless you have a spontaneous genetic mutation in which case you can then pass it on down to your children. Depends: Fever, by itself, is rarely harmful. What you need to be concerned about is: what is causing the fever. A temp of 104 could be from a cold or could be from meningitis. If your child is acting "sick" then you should call your doctor for further advice. If he is running around and acting fine without any other symptoms, then it should be safe to just monitor her for a day or two. ...Read more
