See Plastic surgeon: At a young age i would not expect you to have skin cancer but if you do have a suspicious lesion it will likely be small. Ask a plastic surgeon what the pros and cons are for having excisional surgery and they will also be able to tell you what kind of scars to expect. Usually patients get pretty good results in the longterm as plastic surgeons try to minimize scars and scars also fade with time. ...Read more
