Time & cold compress: If this was not present prior to your surgery, it will probably resolve spontaneously and is just part of the healing process. If this was present prior to your surgery, that's a different story and you need to see an Ophthalmologist to evaluate further. ...Read more

Also there is an increase in possible infections in the eye. These side effects are dependent upon the concentration and duration of the steroid.
