Virus after virus...: The past six months have been the heart of winter, and there are some nasty viruses going around, including strains of influenza the vaccine didn't do much for this year. If you had a viral infection, antibiotics and all the things you mentioned would not help much. Also, you may be a bit more prone to picking up the next one in town.
