Lead water: Hello ~ most important is HOW MUCH lead based water he had, and if a significant amount please have a blood lead level as this affects treatment. If not a lot treat symptomatically with kaopectate. I would avoid meds like imodium (loperamide) in this situation. Remember to keep hydrated. Use Bentyl (dicyclomine) for cramps. It sounds "viral": Your symptoms are characteristic of "enteritis" (fancy way of saying "stomach flu"). However, there are many other illnesses that can present in a similar fashion.
