Not if negative : Home pregnancy tests are very accurate. They are the same tests used in a doctors office. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. Not unexpected.: If your cervix is scarred and a catheter could not be inserted for an hsg, the opening may be blocked or partially blocked, causing fluid to accumulate in the endometrial canal.
