Inside or out?: It is unclear from your description if the free fluid in the "stomach" means it is fluid in the abdomen (vs. Within the stomach), in which case it would be called "ascites" and this would be abnormal and seen on CT scan. Could be: An indicator of mild CHOLECYSTITIS (inflammation of the Gallbladder) which might just explain your symptoms!!!!
Discuss this with the Physician who ordered the US!!!!

As an isolated: Finding it is of uncertain significance, it may mean nothing. It has to be interpreted in the context of your entire clinical picture, i.e. does your doctor suspect gallbladder dysfunction or biliary problem. Likewise, a 6mm common bile duct is borderline abnormal. If you have no signs, symptoms, or lab values suggesting biliary obstruction, it may be normal for you. ...Read more

Gas: These are not classic symptoms of a viral gastrointestinal tract infection, but could be an aftermath of one with predominant gaseous discomfort caused by either forming of excessive gas or sluggish passing of normal amounts of gas. Bananas are roughage and contribute to gas formation. Drinking hot (not boiling) water breaks down gas. Taking simethicone after meals prevents gas buildup.? See doc ...Read more
