Fluid Filled Sac On Gum
What causes wounds on the gums which are like blood stripes and painless small bumps filled with fluids on the inside cheeks?
Repeated bitting can cause the strips on the cheeks. If it around the gums near the teeth = most likely gingivitis. Small painless fluid filled bumps in cheeks = most likely fluid filled salivary glands just underneath the tissue. For gums just work on brushing techniques and the bumps = no worries and normal.

My gum gets swollen with fluid from time to time where my wisdom tooth is in the bottom left side what is the problem?
