A week ago I had a small, itchy, yellowish, fluid-filled bump on the top of my foot. Now I have twenty. Other itchy bumps are on my legs and neck.

Depends: Depends where they are located. If they are around the sides of the heels, this is piazogenic papules = herniated fat and nothing to worry about.
