Possible infection: I'm wondering if your bellybutton is also read or itchy, you have clear fluid coming from it you have dirt or other things trapped in your belly button? I would take a bath and with either a washcloth or q-tip gently try to clean out your bellybutton area. After that put some antibiotic ointment on it and see if that helps. Do cleanse you belly button with soap and water. Keep a watchful eye to see if there is bleeding again. If you find bleeding again, it would be prudent to see your doctor. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.
