Gallbladder disease symptoms, inflamed, free fluid around gallbladder but no gallstones what could this problem?
Gallbladder.: If your gallbladder appears inflamed on ultrasound and has free fluid around it, associated with symptoms which sound like gallbladder symptoms, I would say the most likely cause of your symptoms is your gallbladder.
