Gallbladder.: If your gallbladder appears inflamed on ultrasound and has free fluid around it, associated with symptoms which sound like gallbladder symptoms, I would say the most likely cause of your symptoms is your gallbladder. Gall bladder: I recommend an evaluation by a gastroenterologist. It's possible that the gall bladder is diseased and responsible for the symptoms even though stones were not demonstrated. if they are around the gallbladder that could indicate infection or inflammation and could required immediate surgical intervention specially if the report did described thick wall as well

It has to be interpreted in the context of your entire clinical picture, i.e. does your doctor suspect gallbladder dysfunction or biliary problem.
