No cure for flu: You don't "cure" the flu. It's a viral infection, and we have a cure for only one viral infection: hepatitis c. The flu just has to get better on its own. The only things we know of that will speed that process up are anti-influenza drugs like tamiflu (oseltamivir). ...Read more

consider half dose: In such a situation , i generally wait a bit until the kids stomach is settled and repeat 1/3 the dose.
