Could be anything..: He needs to be further examined. He would need to have a good examination and some blood work/procedures- scan and perhaps biopsy- need to be done.Due to his age- it could be many things-from infection/inflammation to cancer-that still has to be ruled out. Flu won't quit: Depends on what symptoms you are experiencing. Have there been any actual documented infections such as sinusitis or pneumonia? If you're experiencing respiratory symptoms my first inclination is that you should have an allergy evaluation.
