Need to see a doctor: I would be worried about taking any over the counter pain killers except tylenol since you may have kidney disease. The blood in your urine can be from a stone and the fever could mean you have an infection from an obstruction. Usual flu s/s: What you are describing are pretty typical influenza signs and symptoms. Even though you are on tamiflu, these are not going to disappear today or tomorrow. Tamiflu reduces the length of illness by a day or two, but until then, you will feel like you do and run fever as you are.
