Need to see a doctor: I would be worried about taking any over the counter pain killers except tylenol (acetaminophen) since you may have kidney disease. The blood in your urine can be from a stone and the fever could mean you have an infection from an obstruction. Alternatively you could have a glomerulonephritis (inflammation of your kidneys) from some other cause). It is important that you are evaluated. ...Read more
