Need to see a doctor: I would be worried about taking any over the counter pain killers except tylenol since you may have kidney disease. The blood in your urine can be from a stone and the fever could mean you have an infection from an obstruction. Did they do C&S on: The urine .Culture and sensitivity report on the urine, if they did , the result should be out by this time and they could change the antibiotic for you which will hopefully make better. ...Read more

Must go to doctor: No kidney infections can be life threatening in young women because of acute kideny infections, pylenophritis can sepsis shock and organ faillure. Back pain may suggest acute pyelonephritis if associated with high fever, chills or rigors.
