Rest.: Sounds like you have the flu. If it is viral, you may only have low grade fever or sometimes none at all. Depends: You may have fever and be infected or you may be having anxiety or a panic attack. If it happens often you may have an anxiety syndrome. It can happen after taking drugs and this may be your wake up call to stop doing drugs.
