I fell trying to fix mats in my horses stall and landed on my head. I haven't been able to sleep the front of my head hurts. Could this be concussion?

12m son. Eating item picked up from floor. Had to remove, was fighting back.After removing found mild bleed. Sleeping peacfully now. any problems?
Hard to say: If he continues to act normally, he's probably fine. The object he put in his mouth may have scratched him, or even your own fingernail may have when you were trying to remove it.
