Yes: Nasal steroid takes several days to get optimal results . Afrin should not be used for more than 5 days else you may end up with even more nasal congestion (rebound). It is safe to take: sudafed,but not zyrtec and allegra (fexofenadine) together-only 1 or the other. I would try zyrtec, it is stronger than allegra (fexofenadine).
