Going from flomax (tamsulosin) to finest nutrition extra strength. 4x prostate. It has 320mg saw palmetto, zinc, pygem, b-6. It says 1 a day. Can I take 2 if needed?
Waste of money:
There is no good data on any of the expensive special mixes of "herbs and spices" in things like "4x prostate." but at least some snake oil salesman has a nice yacht. Note that there is good data that saw palmetto is not better than placebo. (for the record, I have nothing against the placebo effect).

An enlarged prostate with staining of underwear could be due to prostatitis. Is there discomfort on urination? What did the urine test show? Be sure to get a urinalysis with microscopic exam and a urine culture. Get a PSA test to rule out prostate cancer. If these don't give the answer, get a cystoscopy and possibly catscan.
