Going from flomax (tamsulosin) to finest nutrition extra strength. 4x prostate.It has 320mg saw palmetto, zinc, pygem, b-6. It says 1 a day. Can i take 2 if needed?
Waste of money: There is no good data on any of the expensive special mixes of "herbs and spices" in things like "4x prostate." but at least some snake oil salesman has a nice yacht. Note that there is good data that saw palmetto is not better than placebo. (for the record, I have nothing against the placebo effect).
