I used a foam roller for my leg pain, it caused even more painful burning sensations from thigh to feet. Any thoughts ?

Pain: Perhaps instead of using a roller which causes friction and increases temperature further in your already inflammatory state, you use a cold pack. This will decrease blood flow and reduce the pain you are perceiving from inflammation. As your pain decreases after 24-48 hours, you can try applying heat and stretching to increase muscle flexibility. The roller might come in handy then. ...Read more
