Probable non-pigment: This is probably a mole of some type and totally benign. However it is always best to show it to your regular doctor on the next visit for an opinion. Vestibulitis: Can be associated with a dry nose, picking at the area, or using q-tips inside the nose. You can get a low grade bacterial colonization of the hairs inside the nasal skin(vestibule). This creates a chronic irritation, crustiness, and sometimes clear discharge with occasional blood in it. See an ENT for treatment, usually ointments and antibiotics.
