I do know that fish oil does have some anti-inflammatory effect,& do not have a that horrible taste. Not quite.: It is the 3-omega acids which are desirable. Flax seed oil is 50% by weight, 3-0mega fa. Fish oil is 30% by weight. These facts are not appropo for concentrated and pricier versions. Fish oil will have dha, as well as epa. Flax has little dha, but the body will convert the 3-omega to dha.
