Have constant abdominal cramping & back pain, flank pain, shortness of breath, migraine, dizziness, urinary pain & frequency, diarrhea, nausea...???

Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) for what?: Wide-spread subjective symptoms and "irritable bowel" commonly stem from stress (although that is commonly not the desired answer). You can't define the cause of each symptom without evaluating each symptom; however, with this type of syndrome (not rare) lab test are commonly unimpressive and stress is commonly the final answer. Evaluating all of this will be very expensive.

Check vitals: Hard to say what is happening here. However, you want to check if you are having a drug reaction to the medications that you have described. This is like an allergic reaction. You can also check your blood pressure/ pulse. If your blood pressure drops too low, you can have some of these symptoms. Lortab /percocet are opiate type drugs which are known to have a tendency to drop blood pressures.

Go to the ER: With that symptom list, you will feel better the fastest if you go the nearest urgent care center or emergency room right now. Do not wait as these symptoms do not typically get better on their own. Good luck and I hope you feel better soon.

UTI, pain near hip bone + r side + r flank pain. No fever. Shortness of breath, fast heart beat. Nausea, vomiting, can't eat or sleep. Help?

Go to ER: Not sure why you think you have a urinary tract infection, but if you are having right sided pain like that, you may also have either a kidney stone or the UTI involves the kidney (pyelonephritis). Given you symptoms, it would be best for you to be seen in the ER for tests, you may need to be admitted for pain control or iv antibiotics.

What could these symptoms indicate? Nausea, chest tightness/pain, shortness of breath, side pain.

What could these symptoms indicate? Nausea, chest tightness/pain, shortness of breath, side pain.

Many possibilities: heart problems, esophagus disorders, musculoskeletal pain, gallbladder dysfunction, kidney stones, blood clot to the lung, asthma or reactive airways flair up. The list is long. A good history giving session with an interested physician would be most helpful. It all depends upon this history as to how aggressively and quickly you need to look into this. Cough for four week, shortness of breath, have to bend over to catch breath, yellow flem, side pain, back pain, neck pain, meds won't help.

Have you been seen?: Certainly, we are seeing many viral illnesses that involve cough and phlegm. But it sounds as though you are suffering here. Your back, neck, and side pain could be the result of straining to cough. I wonder if you have bronchitis or sinusitis. If you've had a history of asthma, you may be "hit harder" by these illnesses. Please go in to be checked - or rechecked. And drink your water! Lgromkomd.

What do I do? Swelling of abdomen and shortness of breath. What could it be?

Shortness of breath: Abdominal swelling could be from fluid accumulation. If so youn could be havingh fluid in thge lungs too. If not increased girth of the abdomen could impair movements of the diaphragm and causes shortness of breath. You need full physical exam and work-up. Oplease consult your physician.

I have been having pain in the lower back area as well as pain on the sides above the hips. Moreoever I have been feeling a shortness of breath?

I have been having pain in the lower back area as well as pain on the sides above the hips. Moreoever I have been feeling a shortness of breath?

Related?: It's hard to relate these 2 symptoms. A blood borne infection that seeds your pelvis could cause both, but that would be rare and you would be very ill. I suggest you get some testing done to rule out serious illness. The most likely outcome is that you have 2 minor issues.

My lower back hurts when I breath in. Why does it hurt? I also feel like I can't breath at times like its hard for me to breath. Shortness of breath

My lower back hurts when I breath in. Why does it hurt? I also feel like I can't breath at times like its hard for me to breath. Shortness of breath

?: Assuming you have not been subject to trauma, there are 2 internal organs in your back that move with respiration: your kidney and your lungs. Since you're short of breath, we'll presume it's the latter. If you have fever, cough, and phlegm, you likely have pneumonia. If you don't, you may have pleurisy (inflamed lining of the lung). You really should be evaluated/examined. Pls see your doc in am.

What are the symptoms of a weak diaphragm? Is it possible hunching over the abdomen can force the diaphragm up, relieving shortness of breath?

What are the symptoms of a weak diaphragm? Is it possible hunching over the abdomen can force the diaphragm up, relieving shortness of breath?

Weak diaphragm: Hello No. diaphragm supplied by phrenic nerve (C4) and is under autonomic control. No need to think breathing, you do automatically. There is no weakness of diaphragm. Either it works it it doesn't as in cervical spine injury at C4 level (Christopher Reeves injury) If you bend and push abdominal contents into chest+ have restriction this gives lower O2 in the blood bec. Less lung expansion. OK?

Is shortness of breath and hard lump in the abdomen the result of end stage liver disease?

Is shortness of breath and hard lump in the abdomen the result of end stage liver disease?

It can be.: Ascites is a condition commonly associated with end stage liver disease where the abdominal cavity is filled with fluid that seeps out of the liver. Medication can help, sometimes supplemented by draining the fluid with a needle-catheter. With severe ascites, the abdomen gets large, making it difficult to take deep breaths. Also, it is common for umbilical hernias to develop, causing a hard lump.
