Flank Pain After Hip Injection
Week ago had front right pain under rib & some middle right back pain. That is no longer there. Past few days been having right flank pain down to hip
Extremely sore everytime I twist my body ot move my torso to the left side, by my hip, but more around my back, and side area. Flank pain? Muscle?
Contast sharp, burning, itching, stabbing, left flank pain near hip, 99.8 temp, hurts to move and heading down left leg. Diagnosed uti on the 17th
From you description, this is not from the UTI.
You should call your DR and relate these symptoms to them.

Symptoms: Have you already had your appendix removed? Is it recent? Is the pain intermittent and sometimes sharp? When you press the area and remove your had quickly is the pain worse? Go to ER: Not sure why you think you have a urinary tract infection, but if you are having right sided pain like that, you may also have either a kidney stone or the UTI involves the kidney (pyelonephritis). I had a ct 5 days ago and 3 x-rays today pelvis/abdomen flank pain all normal. Dr wants another ct with and w/o contrast done. Is this a cancer risk?
Low risk: It does seem to be excessive the risks should be counted through out your lifetime. If you didn't have any other studies requiring X-ray radiation you'd be fine. Ana+ 1;640 spec pattern. Rheum dr said neg on all othr test. I have had this back pain since may an right adom flank pain. Have had CT of adom/pelvis?
Could be disc/nerve.: This can be unrelatred to your ana, etc. It sounds like a compressed/pinched nerve due to a herniated disc, etc. You might need an MRI of your spinal column, and/or other tests in order to confirm it, and even then it might be very slight, but enough to cause your symptoms. I'd: I'd be concerned that you may have a kidney stone or some other process involving your genitourinary system on that side.
