Non specific: Left sided abdomen pain could be related to gastrointestinal tract- constipation; urinary tract- stone, UTI; muscle spasm- typically worsened by body movement; skin inflammation or rash- shingles. Since your symptoms disappeared it is possible that it was intestinal issue or may be a spasm. If it recurs or persists need to see a medical provider. Read more

Possibilities: There are many possibilities here, so I would encourage you to establish care with, or continue seeing, a physician. You might want to consider the possibility of a kidney stone, which can give you pain that radiates to the back. If the pain persists as it seems to, an abdominal ultrasound or ct can help rule out anything structural. Read more

Low abdomen discomfort low back pain and left groin pain all pain and discomfort on left side feel bloated or full all the time what could this be?

NEED A WORKUP: Could be anything from a female issue such as ovarian cyst or muscle pull. I would see your gynecologist or primary physician as a first place to start. Back issues such as herniated discs or facet problems can also cause back and groin pain. You need a workup if this continues. Read more
