I am a age 19 female. I'm having deep pain on the inside of my arm between by elbow and shoulder. I don't do any physical labor nor do I exercise.
I have loose skin on my upper arms. I am 60 years old. Is it possible to tighten this area with exercises? If so, what kind? I am a 60 year-old female. I recently lost a significant amount of weight, and, as a result, I have "batwings" under my upper arms

Diet and exercise: I usually dont reccommend a patient to start a new exercise in pregnancy. If you were already a runner you may continue. If you already did spinning you may continue.
