My vagina has been smelling like kinda fishy but it doesn't burn and it doesn't really itch and i've been needing to go pee but when I do lil come out?

For the last several months, I have noticed a strong fishy odor when I pee. I haven't been sexually active in about 5 years. I am a 41yr old female?
This has been the first instance of this happening to me so i was wondering, what would cause a fishy smell when i pee? It was also orange.
