Probably normal: First of all, it was a great idea to have this checked out. Pinkish discharge, or spotting, can have a serious cause. But since all your tests were normal, the symptom is probably normal for you. It may be due to a bit of trauma with the skin inside the vagina being irritated during intercourse.
