Don't stop plavix!: First, check with your doctor who prescribes the plavix (clopidogrel) for you. If it is being taken for a heart stent that was placed less than a year ago, you CANNOT stop the plavix (clopidogrel) for any reason. Also, be very cautious about using ANY other supplements along with your prescription medicines, especially other blood thinners. Get a second opinion: Such cytogenetic abnormalities in cll means that your disease may not stay still under watchful waiting. I would suggest that you seek counseling from an expert in cll.
