You : You may have telogen effluvium, a condition where your hair falls out in clumps post-partum (after delivery of a child). If it is telogen effluvium, the hair will come back, as you are losing hairs that are in the telogen- or resting phase. Only time can treat telogen effluvium. Nevertheless, you should seek out a specialist for a proper evaluation- i would suggest a dermatologist. Congratulations on your delivery! ...Read more

If you burp it up and it doesn't make you feel good it may be rancid and not good for you. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers
I heard you shouldn't take fish oil with other vitamins, because it flushes the others out of your body. Is this true?

Fish oil (good fat) has been shown to be helpful with blood pressure and cholesterol, have anti-inflamatory properties, and might be useful in brain health and function. I agree that the very best way to get most vitamins is through your diet. The exception is vitamin d, which is hard to get from food. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers

If your sensitive to meds and vitamins, what dose of fish oil would you start off on? What is the lowest dose you can find?
Fish Oil: I'm not sure what you mean by sensitive, but in starting fish oil therapy, i would recommend a starting dose of 1, 250 or 1, 000 mg. Stay away from the double or triple strengths for now.
