When showering use soap only in axillae and public/anal area. Find a good skin lubricant you can apply after shower each day. Most derm MDs recommend eucerin, aveeno, (oatmeal) and a couple others. ...Read more

How can fish oil prevent heart attacks ?

How can fish oil prevent heart attacks ?

Many mechanisms: A recent study suggests fish oil does not prevent heart attacks in high risk patients but many other studies suggest it can.
