High blood pressure may be a cause for headache in some people. You could also try a lower dose of melatonin and see if this helps. ...Read more

One if not more of my vitamins are making me sick to my stomach and headache everytime but i don't know which one out of the iron vit d zinc fish oil?
Eliminate/challenge: None of these commonly cause headaches, though it is not unusual for zinc to cause nausea, especially on an empty stomach. The best way to sort this out would be to stop them all for a few days & then re-introduce them one at a time to see how they affect you. It is ok to take vit d and fish oil together (best after a meal). Zinc and iron will be better absorbed if taken separately from fish oil. ...Read more

Not likely related: Fish oil shouldn't affect your heart rate but regardless, as long as you don't have dizziness, faint, headache, or nausea, that heart rate is normal.
