MSM 1000mg: is a low dose if taken daily. There are some patients that notice a change in their menstruation cycles when taking this...usually it is a skipped period or a lighter one. Fish oil, Vit C and MSM are all excellent supplements to take as long as they don't interact with any other meds you may be on. Unusual: This would be an unusual allergic response. I would stop the fish oil and if there is no foot itchiness for a week or two, i would resume the fish oil and if the foot symptoms return, this would strongly suggest some sort of intolerance or allergy to the fish oil. ...Read more
