Sure it is!!: Get tested to see if you are pregnant. If you are, get in right away to see your OB. Get on prenatal vitamins with folic acid, hopefully you are already taking that. Depend: unless your constipation is so bad you are turning your uterus inside out by straining and dislodging the content of your uterus there is no direct relation between hormone and constipation,my confusion is if you are taking progesterone supplement how are you going to be pregnant regardless of your constipation. Hydration 6-8 liter of fluids and adequate fibers and exercise might help ,eat fruits. ...Read more

Possbily: Vomiting is usually more of a sign of morning sickness seen more commonly in early pregnancy. Cramping however can occur in normally in a pregnancy and but it could also mean that the pregnancy is abnormal. Bleeding is also a seen many times with cramping.
