Soaking Pads Hourly: It's certainly reasonable for your first period after a miscarriage to be heavy. However, if you're hemorrhaging, meaning that you have very large clots or bleeding that causes you to change your pads hourly then you should probably seek attention. Possibly.: Assuming your period on nov 23rd was a real period and that your periods are regular (sometimes they're not after a pregnancy loss), you'd expect a period in december but you haven't had one...If you had unprotected sex, it's always safe to assume the possibility and i would get tested. Were you trying for pregnancy? If not and not pregnant, consider contraception. Get on a prenatal vitamin btw! ...Read more
