Miscarriage: Remember that even though you miscarried you were pregnant. It usually takes a few months for a women's periods to become normal again after pregnancy. The first period is usually pretty heavy as the endometrium is overgrown at that time. Be patient things should normalize. Possibly.: Assuming your period on nov 23rd was a real period and that your periods are regular (sometimes they're not after a pregnancy loss), you'd expect a period in december but you haven't had one...If you had unprotected sex, it's always safe to assume the possibility and i would get tested.
