Just take a test: Why wonder? You can just take a test and in minutes you will know. Home pregnancy tests are very accurate. They are the same tests used in a doctors office. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period. If you doubt the result you can repeat it in 1-2 days. Possibly.: Assuming your period on nov 23rd was a real period and that your periods are regular (sometimes they're not after a pregnancy loss), you'd expect a period in december but you haven't had one...If you had unprotected sex, it's always safe to assume the possibility and i would get tested.
