I have high risk hpv, first pap test showed CIN i, the last one showed there were no changes on cervix, how optimistic should I be about the next pap?

What is the purpose for a doc to do a Pap test if someone is pregnant (first visit since home pregnant test showed positive )? Can she decline pap?
I wa started on birth control for spotting 4-7 days before my period. My Pap test was normal. I have not seen any change on pill the first month. ?

Too many acronyms : Whenever a test is done somebody has to say what is positive or negative in a result about it. These are all summed up in the sensitivity and specificity of the particular test.
