Changes. Eat healthfully. Try to eat at least 5 servings of vegetables & 4 of fruit per day. Increase nutritional fiber. Avoid refined sugar & junk carbohydrates. Avoid alcohol, sweetened juices, soda & caffeinated beverages. Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Calories burned must > calories consumed. Do both cardio & weight training.
Bacteria: A couple of websites mention that indian fire is another name for impetigo. Impetigo is a skin infection caused by bacteria. The skin gets warm with redness. Sometimes the skin is tender. There is usually yellowish crusty material on the rash as it develops. Impetigo can spread from person to person, and should be evaluated and treated with antibiotics by a doctor. Read more

Please don't look: S. Cordilina contains Ephedrine (ephedrine sulfate) & Pseudoephedrine both pscyhoactive amines. Ephedrine (ephedrine sulfate) is banned in the us because it has dangerous effects on brain & heart/blood vessels. The form found in s cordilina can have unregulated concentrations of these dangerous chemicals leading to severe side effects & possible death. Stay away from this & ma huang (also containing ephedrine). Similar to ecstasy. Read more
