Difficult to say: Tingling in all the fingertips of both hands can be caused by neurapthy (but this is gradual onset) , by certian medications, and by anxiety with hyperventilation. If it just one hand, then problems with the nerves on one side can be the culprit - carpal tunnel syndrome, other causes of nerve irritation. Maybe one problem: You could have abnormal area of neck, such as mild nerve pinching or problem in shoulder such as brachial plexus irritation, which could provoke both headaches and tingling. RLS?: I don't know what it IS (you shouldn't expect that kind of answer on HealthTap), but it COULD be restless-leg syndrome, or what they're calling Willis-Ekbom disease these days. Clarify please: There are so many variables that could be related to this: what meds are you on, what is your daily activity, what other medical problems do you have, how long has it gone on, what precipitates the pain, how severe is it, does it radiate, etc. Tingling and burning can be a nerve problem, like from diabetes.
