You should visit the ER to make sure your finger is neurovascularly intact meaning there is blood flow to the finger and the nerves are functioning. You may require some x rays of your hand to make sure you did not fracture one of your phalanges. You also may need a tetanus shot. The subungual hematoma should be drained as well. Good luck.
