More time: Sounds like a highly moderate impact occurred, and you should be getting more relief soon with relatively quick recovery thereafter. Cervix?: Most women when they put a finger in the vagina can feel their cervix and the cervix is mobile, and can move up and down. Having said that, if you perform regular exams and this is something new, you may want to see a doctor. Could be a lesion or it could be prolapse, part of the vaginal wall losing its strength and 'falling down' if you're worried and exam will tell you answer right away! ...Read more

Agreed: Nerve symptoms can feel weird but are often transient. The relationship to the pushup appears indirect at best. See your doctor, make sure your Vitamin levels are up to date. If there is continuing concern an EMG and possible cervical MRI are worth considering. Thereafter get a referral to Occupational aka Hand therapy and they should be able to get you tip top. Not sure: Sounds like a wrist problem from hyper-extension during the push up. Try taping the wrist for stability, or doing your push ups with a neutral grasp around a pain of dumb bells. If your problem persists, get examined by a musculoskeletal physician or team trainer. Good luck. ...Read more

Likely ok: Lymph nodes can present like that, but it could be something els also. You didn't say how long it has been there or if it is growing or tender. These are all things your doctor will want to know if it doesn't go away in 2-3 wks. ...Read more

CTS ?: This might be a form of Carpel Tunnel Syndrome, CTS, which usually follows a repetitive action with the wrist, especially seen in many people using computers Doing pushups might be causing the canal holding the median nerve to be inflamed or swollen.
