Hi! My finger/eye lid have been twitching for a week. Why? And should I be worried? How can I fix it? Thank you!

Myokymia- rest is it: Myokymia which looks like fasciculations or twitching is normal when you are fatigued, or stressed. So, the anti-dote is to destress, and it will go away. The bottom of my right eye hurts. Its not swollen. I have no stye just pain. I rubbed my finger under my eye (the bottom lid) amd That's when it started now it hurts when I blink. I have a tooth abcess on that side and roof of mouth swelling...

Infection: Your description seems mostly likely an infection which has started in your abcessed tooth, and has spread from the apex of that tooth into the soft tissue deeper in your face. The symptoms of pain on blinking and tenderness on touching the skin atop the bone at the bottom of the eye socket are typical. You need to see your family doctor, or a dentist to get started on the proper antibiotic. ...Read more

Right Index finger and right eye lid twitching. Leg cramps, neck pain, headache on temples. Vertigo.

Sounds systemic: There are too many problems to be isolated to 1 specific part of the body. I am not sure of what medications you are taking or what other medical conditions you have, but given your age I suspect that you have an electrolyte imbalance that is causing this cascade of problems. It could point to something serious. Get to an urgent care center or ER to get your electrolytes checked & other tests. GL! ...Read more
