U R a minor but U--: -need an answer. U must share this with Ur parents! Quad pain may B due 2 overuse, or 2 rapid elevation of Ur program. B sure U have a day of rest after a hard workout. So if you do have posterior knee pain and particularly swelling in the leg, you may need to be seen for an ultrasound. Likely unrelated: I think the symptoms in the leg and the head are separate even though they may be occurring simultaneously. The leg symptoms may be related to a disc compression some of the nerves that go down the leg. This may be more prominent in certain positions.
