Pharyngitis+/- sinus: This isn't the cold or flu. This could be bacterial or viral pharyngitis. It could also be sinusitis (you said you had a headache). The neck nodes are anterior cervical chain lymphadenopathy..it goes along with this. Most infections of this type begin to resolve around this time. Just started?: If this just started then I would suspect a viral infection. See an Urgent Care or your Family Doctor for evaluation.
