Headache for 4 days with chills and no fever. I don't feel weak just in pain from my head hurting. Also having pain behind eyes.

Workup: Do not ignore a headache of 4 days duration. Although this may be a migraine variant, it could also be an issue with pressure on your brain. You can use adil or aleve (naproxen) for some temporary relief; however, your case as described requies further evaluation. ...Read more

Last night I had a fever, chills, body and head aches, and frequent urination I thought I had the flu but when I woke up I felt better. Why?

Immunity vs Detox: A purely medical explanation would be that you actually did have a viral infection and you have a strong immune system.

An alternative explanation might be that your body was "detoxifying". Those toxins had accumulated in your body, and were now being released. As they were released from your cells (because you did something that allowed them to be released, such as rest!), you had symptoms. ...Read more

My boyfriend made a sex toy out of caulking. I have been running a fever, no appettite, chills. At first thought I was getting a bladder infection. So started taking Azo pills. Plus have bad head aches all day long.

I: I don't know which type of caulking was used. So I have included mds material for a caulking that is frequently used. Your health shouldn't play second fiddle to sexual fun. What the two of you did was irresponsible because you didn't have any knowledge about how the caulking would effect your health before using it inside yourself.
Here is the mds data:
